RERA is the law that makes builders register a project, publish the approved plan and promise a handover date. In Madhya Pradesh the regulator's portal is rera.mp.gov.in, and every registered project has its own page there.
This page sorts the 45 projects we list by how clear their RERA status is. Only a few show a registration number today, a few more are reported as approved, and the rest are in process or awaiting details. The card shows the status the builder or the portal gives.
A project without a number is not automatically a bad one, especially at pre-launch. But do not pay large sums until you can match the number, the plan and the date.
Prices and sizes are indicative and taken from builder pages and RERA records as of October 2026.

The registered date is a legal promise you can hold the builder to.
The plan on the portal is the plan the builder must follow.
Builders must keep a share of buyer money in a separate project account.
Buyers can raise disputes with the regulator.
