This page lists projects whose starting price is below ₹1 crore. Plots and township land still lead, but a compact 2 BHK flat and larger plots of 1,000 sq ft and more now appear too.
In the middle band, from ₹50 to ₹75 lakh, you find a 2 BHK on the Ujjain Road side, Godrej plots on Ujjain Road, Skye estate plots in Nipania and Shubhashish township plots. The upper band is thin, so a budget close to ₹1 crore is often better spent on a bigger plot.
